The "BuTay" of the Midwest

She/Her; is a performer who lives her life as Black, Queer, and free. She champions, mentors, and supports other Black performers, Black Femmes especially. She also encourages Black Femme performers to celebrate themselves and to perform pieces that feel authentic to them. She herself celebrates her Blackness, Queerness, and Womanhood, and is not afraid to call out injustices that all three categories continue to face on the stage in front of White audiences.
